Mixed Berry Sorbet

This is a simple but very tasty dessert that only takes 5 minutes to make and it’s Biome-approved. Berries are full of antioxidants and nutrients that help increase the number of healthy gut bacteria and assist with removing toxins from the body - great reasons to include them in your diet every day!

Serves 2

Ingredients • 2 cups frozen strawberries • 2 drops natural vanilla essence • ¼ tsp cinnamon • 6-8 sprigs of mint Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve in to small bowls. Top with extra mint. Too easy! To make it creamier, add ½ cup coconut milk or coconut cream before blending and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, or until ready to serve. You can use any fruit and any herbs and serve it in any way.

  • Kiwi and mint

  • Lime, mint and coconut essence

  • Papaya and coconut essence

  • Peach and cinnamon

Higher sugar fruit options

  • Watermelon and mint

  • Banana and vanilla

  • Mango or pineapple and coconut essence
